• Comparison of Plant Performance with Design Parameters
• Review of Operational Records
• Inventory of Chemicals
• Review of Alarm Reports
• Review of Set-Points and Alarm Settings
• Review of critical Spares on Stock at Site
• Preparation of Material Requests for Spares, Chemicals, Consumables
• Renewal of Operator Training if required
• Preparation of Service Report
